This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It's written in plain language on purpose.
Who runs this site
monicafields.co is run by Monica Fields, a marketing systems consultant based in Northwest Arkansas.
What I collect
When you send a request. The request form asks for your name, email, website (optional), the platform you use, and a message about what's going on. You choose what to share.
When you visit. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects things like which pages you view, which buttons you click, which FAQ questions you open, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. It does not give me your name or email.
This site does not take payments or collect payment information.
How I use it
- To read and reply to your request.
- To decide whether an audit is a good fit for you. Before we talk, I may look at your website and other public information about your business so the call is useful.
- To see which parts of this site are helpful and improve them.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google provides Google Analytics.
- My email provider delivers your request and my reply.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep request information as long as I need it to reply and for my normal business records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.
- To see, correct, or delete what you've sent me, email monica@monicafields.co.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
